EEA Permanent Residence Card

This is a UK residence authorization that permits non-EEA residents to enduringly live in the UK afterwards living five consecutive years as a family associate of an EEA or Swiss national that is by now a permanent resident. If you are a sponsor’s sibling:

• Birth or adoption certificate
• Birth or adoption certificate of the EEA sibling

If you are a sponsor’s aunt or uncle:

• Your birth or adoption certificate
• Birth or adoption certificate of the parent of your EEA nephew or niece (Your brother or sister).
• Birth or adoption documentation of your EEA nephew or niece

If you are a sponsor’s first cousin:

• Your birth or adoption documentation
• Documentation of birth or adoption of your parent over which the relationship with the EEA citizens exists
• Credential of birth or adoption of the parent of the EEA cousin (the brother or sister of your parent)
• Documentation of birth or adoption of the EEA cousin

If you are a sponsor’s nephew or niece:

• Your documentation of birth or adoption.
• Documentation of birth or adoption of your parent over which the connection with guarantor exists
• Credential of birth or adoption of the EEA aunt or uncle.

If you are of sponsor’s family associate or relative or their non-EEA spouse:

• Certificate of the wedding or civil partnership between the sponsor and their spouse who is your relative

If you are a partner in a long-lasting relationship:

• Proof of living in a similar house with the sponsor for a minimum of five recent years
  • Common utility bills
  • Council tax announcement should show both names
  • Bank account and credit card statement
  • HMRC employment record or different certified proof of employment
  • Rental agreements of all the places hired during the given period
  • Formal NHS letters validating your attendance
  • Loan agreements with a UK bank
  • A formal letter from school validating participation in studies
  • Cellphone bills
• Proof of combined custody rights over a child with the sponsor
  • Documentation of birth or adoption
  • Parental instructions, the child travels orders, residency orders or contact orders (If appropriate).
  • Sponsor’s written permission to stay with the child here
• Proof of absences in the UK
• Your prior UK residence and immigration approvals
  • Registration documentation
  • Residence card
  • Biometric residence authorization
  • Police report about a missing or stolen document (if you have any)
  • Your previous passports or any other travel documents
• Proof of your status or sponsor’s status.
• If the guarantor has passed away: 
  • Sponsor’s death credential
• If the sponsor has left the UK forever
  • Sponsor’ signed written validation of their leaving
  • Proof of having built a life in the overseas state

Provide biometric info: You are needed to submit their biometric info such as fingerprints, digital photo and signature at the application centre, which will charge about 19.20£. You will receive informed by the Homebased Office when to do so.

Compensate the appeal charge: You will have to compensate 65£ for you and the similar cost for each joining family associate on your appeal for an EEA PR card. The payment of the application charges has to be completed in any of the following official methods:

• Through cheque or bank draft
• Postal order
• Credit card
• Debit card

Wait for the reply: As soon as you finish your EEA PR card appeal, the Homebased Office will be handing out your file submitted. As soon as the decision is taken, the Home Office replies with a decision letter letting you know if you are permitted, disallowed or rejected giving a card.
